The champagne has a beautifully sparkling colour, adorned with golden hints and lovely green highlights. The nose unveils a bouquet of white flowers, lime blossom, jasmine and bergamot zest. The palate delights with its length, its richness and its balanced. It is structured, expressing notes of baked apple, toasted hazelnuts and salted caramel. The finish is chalky and mouthwatering.
