I loved it. This rich, tawny-hued sparkling rosé is sleek and shaped by well-honed acidity, with a plushness to the mousse as this carries flavors of plum skin, macerated raspberry, toasted almond, pink grapefruit zest and oyster shell. Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. Disgorged February 2022.
