Mandois Cuvée Victor Rosé 2012

This Victor Rosé has a surprisingly clear color with very fine bubbles. The nose exudes both citrus notes mixed with spices. The attack on the palate is immediately dominated by the Chardonnay which marks its mark and combines with a lovely freshness. The finish, meanwhile, is both delicate and complex, expressing subtle aromas of wild strawberries. For the fullness of the tasting, let the wine express itself for 5 minutes in the glass before perceiving the best flavours.
