Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc, blended in equal proportions. We believe these grapes in Etyek are able to provide the sparkling character that the world so deservedly loves. Ageing notes of biscuits, croissant, brioche and butteriness. Characterised by creamy sparkles and long-lasting bubbles. In addition to light appetisers, it is highly recommended with fish and seafood dishes, but it can also be an excellent choice with desserts that are not overly sweet.
